Club Description: We are a platform for over 18,000 Mt. Club Description: Club Mission Statement: The Women in STEM club’s mission is to address and spread awareness of the inequalities, systemic racism, and sexism women face when in STEM fields. As a club, we believe we can encourage all people to learn and have a better understanding of the inequalities women and minorities face, particularly in the STEM field. We actively believe in feminism, equality for all; we want all students to engage and partake in this club and its activities to help us dismantle the stereotypes and all of the inequalities that are polluting the STEM field.
