SGA meetings are held every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. Meetings are held via Zoom and are open to everyone. Any changes to a regularly scheduled meeting will be documented in the schedule below.
If you have an item for Public Comment please email SLDP@msjc.edu at least 30 minutes before the start of the meeting.
If you would like the SGA to consider an item for the agenda, please submit your request to SLDP@msjc.edu by 12pm at least 4 days before the meeting.
SGA meetings are governed by the Ralph M. Brown Act, the SGA Constitution, and Robert Rules of Order.
SGA Meeting Schedule, Agendas and Minutes
Agendas will be posted in compliance with the Ralph M. Brown Act, at least 72 hours before the scheduled meeting. Minutes will be posted as they are approved.
