| December 2nd | Spring 2025 registration begins |
| December 2nd | Same Day Pay begins - Payment for all fees are due at the time of registration (including holidays and weekends) |
| December 9th | Last day to submit Loss of Priority Registration and California College Promise Grant Appeals |
| December 25-January 1 | College Closed (Winter Break) |
| January 6th | RTA ridership begins |
| January 13th | Spring 2025 semester classes begin |

| January 21st-24th | Audit forms accepted |
| January 24th | Last day to drop a full-term class* and get a refund (dates vary for short term classes; refer to Self-Service for specific section deadlines) |
| January 27th | Last day to submit request for Credit by Examination |
| Febuary 2nd | Last day to drop a full-term class* without a "W" grade (dates vary for short term classes; refer to Self-Service for specific section deadlines) |
| Febuary 2nd | Last day to add a class using Add Authorization for most full-term classes* (dates vary for short term classes; refer to Self-Service for specific section deadlines) |
| February 14-17 | Presidents’ Weekend Holiday: College Closed |
| Febuary 18th | Last day to submit an Appeal for Loss of CA Promise Grant |
| Febuary 21st | Last day to apply for pass/no-pass for a full-term class* (Some classes have an earlier date; refer to Enrollment Services) |
| March 3rd | Credit by examination must be completed |
| March 28th | Deadline to apply for Spring 2025 degree/certificate to ensure name will be included in the printed graduation program (applications submitted after this date will not appear in the program but graduates may still participate ("walk") in the spring ceremony) |
| March 31–April 4 | Spring Break, classes not in session; College Closed April 4 |
| April 27th | Last day to drop a full-term class* with a "W" (some classes have a different date. See Deadline Dates in Self-Service_ |
