FAQ | What is my username and ID?

Are you having trouble logging in? Need to get your Student ID number?

Your username is your ID number + @my.msjc.edu. For example 0000000@my.msjc.edu.

If you do not know your ID number, you can review the welcome email provided from the admissions application.

What is my Password?

For new users, a Welcome email will be sent to your personal email address once your admissions application has been processed. Once logged in, you will be required to change the password to something more secure.
