Ernie the Eagle Chatbot
Ernie the Eagle is available 24/7 to support all enrolled students and students who have applied for the future terms by answering questions and helping you navigate your time at MSJC.
Ernie the Eagle will send all registered students a text message via SMS to introduce the chatbot! Students will need to ensure the appropriate number to contact them is listed under their profiles in Self-Service. This is how Ernie the Eagle identifies your contact information and is able to communicate with you! Ernie the Eagle is also available on the msjc.edu website.
#STOP – Removes you from the platform entirely.
#PAUSE – Temporarily removes you for two (2) weeks, then auto‑re‑enrolls.
If you are a current student or enrolled for the current semester and have not received communication from Ernie the Eagle, please submit a support ticket by emailing support@msjc.edu.
