MSJC Update: Fairview Fire - Campuses Open Monday

Dear MSJC Community,

Mt. San Jacinto College campuses will be open on Monday, September 12, for classes, services and other activities. After receiving updates on the Fairview Fire and weather, we have determined it is safe to resume operations as usual. The air quality is also reported to be good. Please review resources at: www.Airnow.gov and www.aqmd.gov.

While this is good news for most of us, many will still have challenges in the aftermath of the fire. We continue to provide assistance for students and employees who have emergency needs related to the fire.

Review the multiple resources available for assistance, including those through our Eagles Landing Center.

If you wish to donate to help others affected by the Fairview Fire, please check with the MSJC Foundation.

A heartfelt thanks goes out to the firefighters, law enforcement, and first responders who helped save lives during this fire.
