Bio:
Diana Galindo brings over 24 years of human resources leadership to Mt. San Jacinto College, having served in key roles at CSU Long Beach, Long Beach City College, and Riverside Community College District. She has led efforts to streamline HR operations, implement institutional plans such as Equal Employment Opportunity Plans, and ensure compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. As Vice President of Human Resources, Diana partners with the MSJC community to foster an inclusive, equitable environment that supports student success and institutional excellence. She is deeply committed to the mission and impact of California's community colleges.
