Information for Employees

MSJC COVID Vaccine and Testing Program
Mt. San Jacinto College has a vaccine and testing program that is designed to help reduce the transmission of COVID-19 and its variants. Whether you are vaccinated or have an exemption, please review this page so you can comply with the new program and get answers to your questions. All students, employees and visitors are required to wear masks indoors at MSJC campuses and to complete the Daily COVID-19 Self-Check before coming onto campus.

The vaccine and testing program applies to all employees and students to MSJC campuses.

MSJC is implementing a COVID vaccine and testing program that takes into consideration health and safety and the diverse needs of the college district’s constituents. The program has four key components that apply to all students, employees, and visitors to MSJC campuses:

  • All individuals on campus must wear masks indoors, regardless of vaccination status
  • Each day all individuals will receive a unique link via text/email to complete a Daily COVID-19 Self-Check BEFORE arriving on campus, regardless of vaccination status. This will be completed in the Cleared4 system.
    AND
  • Those with approved exemptions must comply with weekly, on-campus COVID testing
  • All individuals who are unvaccinated (regardless of exemption status) must test once weekly during the Fall semester. This requirement may also extend into the Spring semester, depending upon the status of the pandemic.

The health and safety of students, employees and visitors is a top priority at MSJC. Cases of COVID-19 are cyclical, with cases increasing and decreasing and new variants emerging. The MSJC Board of Trustees approved the program in August 2021 to help minimize the transmission of COVID-19 and its variants.

You will receive a UNIQUE PERSONALIZED link from Cleared4 sent to your phone number on file and your MSJC email address.  DO NOT SHARE THIS LINK!  This link is personalized and will give you access to your information.
