A Message from the MSJC Superintendent/President | Welcome to Spring 2026
1/12/2026
Welcome to Spring 2026, Eagles!
As you return to campus for the spring semester, I want to welcome you back with a full heart and deep gratitude. This semester is always special, filled with momentum, milestones, and the excitement that builds as many of you prepare to graduate and take the next steps in your lives.
This welcome holds a special meaning for me. After 19 years as Superintendent/President of Mt. San Jacinto College, this will be my final opportunity to welcome students back to campus at the start of a new semester. In my tenure at MSJC, nearly two decades, generations of students have shaped this institution—and me. Your resilience, curiosity, perseverance, and dreams have continually inspired my own growth and transformation as a leader.
Thank you for choosing MSJC. You belong here, and our faculty, staff, and student support teams are ready to support you every step of the way. I am incredibly proud of the way our campus community comes together to uplift one another. I encourage you to get involved, ask questions, and take advantage of the many student support services available to help you succeed.
As we look ahead to the celebrations and well-earned achievements of the spring semester, I am deeply proud of all you have already accomplished and confident in the future ahead.
Stay focused, stay connected, and lean on the many support systems here to help you finish strong.
Welcome back, have a wonderful spring semester, and as always—go Eagles.
All my best,
Roger
