MSJC Invites Community to Contribute Third-Party Comments for Accreditation Review

Mt. San Jacinto College (MSJC) is pleased to announce that we are currently undergoing an accreditation review process by the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC), an institutional accrediting body recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation and the U.S. Department of Education. As part of this important process, we invite members of our community and the public to participate by submitting third-party comments.
Accreditation is a vital component in maintaining the quality and integrity of higher education institutions. The ACCJC conducts periodic reviews to reaffirm the accreditation status of institutions, ensuring they meet established standards of excellence. Third-party comments play a critical role in this review process by providing additional perspectives on the institution’s performance and impact.
We encourage all members of the MSJC community and the public to submit their comments through the ACCJC’s online third-party comment form, available at accjc.org/forms/third-party-comments/. To be considered in the review process, third-party comments must be received by ACCJC staff no later than January 20, 2025.
