Dear Community,
We want to update you on the ongoing situation regarding the fires in Southern California. Although some neighboring schools and colleges are announcing closures for tomorrow, we plan to remain open and keep a close eye on the situation.
For the most current information on air quality, please refer to this resource: Air Quality Tracker.
We encourage everyone to stay indoors as much as possible and limit outdoor activities to minimize any potential health impacts. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we will continue to provide updates if any further measures are required.
Thank you for your attention, and please take care.

Dear MSJC Students and Staff,
As many of you know, we are currently dealing with the impact of the multiple fires
in Southern California. We are relieved to report that learning continues without
significant disruptions and are thankful for that.
To ensure your well-being, please remember that our buildings have high-quality air filtration systems designed to provide a safe and comfortable indoor environment. We strongly encourage everyone to stay inside as much as possible and limit outdoor activities to reduce any potential health issues related to air quality.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation and provide updates if any other measures
are needed to maintain a safe and healthy environment for everyone.
Stay safe and take care.
