MSJC Concludes ACCJC Accreditation Site Visit
3/6/2025
A Heartfelt Thank You to Our Accreditation Team!
On Thursday, February 27, Mt. San Jacinto College wrapped up an important milestone as we concluded our accreditation visit with an incredible team of peer reviewers who dedicated their time, expertise, and energy to help us strengthen our mission of serving students across the district.
As Dr. Roger Schultz, MSJC Superintendent/President, said, these professionals left behind their regular jobs and schedules to lead this crucial process, and we are incredibly grateful for their dedication, insights, and commitment to continuous improvement in higher education.
A special thank you to Rebecca Teague, the VP of Student Services, for leading MSJC’s accreditation efforts and to every faculty, staff, and administrator who contributed—directly or indirectly—to this important process.
The final accreditation report will be released in July, and we look forward to sharing the results with our community.

Duncan IV, Superintendent/President, Sierra College; Vice Chair, Dr. Alfred McQuarters, President, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College; Mr. Elmer Aguilar, VP of Student Services, Lemoore College; Mr. Juan Arzola, Professor, Political Science, College of the Sequoias; Ms. Kristin Charles, Associate Vice Chancellor of Institutional Development & ALO, City College of San Francisco; Mr. Augustine Chavez, VP of Administrative Services, San Joaquin Delta College; Dr. Tracey Coleman, Dean of Instructional Programs, Chabot College; Dr. Kelly Holt, Faculty, Orange Coast College; Ms. Cassie Leal, Director of Institutional Research, Shasta College; Prof. Sean Moore, Professor/Curriculum Chair/AS Vice President-President Elect, Compton College; and Melynie Schiel, Vice President, ACCJC.
