A DANCE CONCERT FEATURING STUDENT AND ALUMNI DANCERS
Dances created by faculty and alumni choreographers reacting to world events, community concern, and individual lived experience.
Join us for an eclectic evening of dance in the San Jacinto Campus Theater! Choreographers explore a variety of themes represented by the genres of hip-hop, jazz, modern, and contemporary dance. The diverse dance pieces are brought to life by our expressive student dancers in the culmination of our semester-long dance performance course.
Trigger warning: May not be appropriate for children. There is a dance in the second half of our show that includes a film with disturbing and distressing images of violence and destruction, including some images of injured children. This piece will be clearly marked in the program. If you choose to bring children, please feel free to step out into the lobby if you would like to avoid these images.
