Are you intrigued by how laws are designed, interpreted, applied, and work in the courtroom? Do you want to know more about how law and public policy shape the social, political, environmental, and economic world around you? Perhaps you want to work in law enforcement, the courts, or the legal field? Or, maybe you want to advocate for others? The Law, Public Policy, and Society study span the humanities and the social sciences, incorporating disciplines, such as criminal justice, economics, history, philosophy, political science, psychology, sociology, and communications. Careers in this field include law or court clerk, paralegal, legal aid worker, social worker, advocacy and policy worker, and more.
