Your Student Government Association (SGA) generously purchased caps, gowns and tassels for all graduates participating in this year's ceremony- that is 1,200 sets of regalia! WOW!
To get your free regalia, you must have paid the $7 SGA Fee. Not sure if you did? Check Self-Service.
- Log into your Account Summary in Self-Service
- Select the term in which your graduated, ex. Spring 2025
- Review the fees under "Additional Charges."
If "SGA Fee" is listed, you paid the fee. If it is not listed, please email sldp@msjc.edu or visit the SLDP table during the Grad Fair.

The MSJC Foundation is offering Grad Sashes for $40 and Phi Theta Kappa are offering Purple Orchid Leis for $20 (if ordered in advance).
Sashes can be purchased and picked up during Grad Fair or make up days.
Leis can be preordered however pick up is the day of the Commencement Ceremony. Please plan to stop at the PTK table to pick up your leis.
Shipping is not available. All regalia must be picked up in person.

Grad Images will be at the Grad Fair and offering free photo sessions for you/your family. We will have a loaner gown available for you to use for your photo.
You will receive a free passport-sized, full-color proof by email about five weeks after graduation. There is no obligation to purchase.
