Almost, Maine

✨ Tender. Funny. Unexpected. ✨

Mt. San Jacinto College Theatre proudly presents Almost, Maine, John Cariani’s beautifully whimsical play about love, loss, and human connection. Set on a cold, clear winter night beneath the northern lights, this touching and humorous series of vignettes follows neighbors, strangers, and almost-lovers as they stumble into moments of heartbreak, hope, forgiveness, and wonder.

In a town so small it’s almost not a town, people fall in and out of love in surprising ways. Knees are bruised, hearts are cracked open, and lives are changed in an instant. Almost, Maine is a tender, funny, and deeply human theatrical experience that explores the many shapes love can take — from first love to lost love, from healing to second chances.

Featuring a cast of 22 talented MSJC student actors, who light up and warm the stage, delivering a show to remember, along with original music by MSJC student Bradleigh Alexander, this production offers a visually poetic and emotionally resonant evening of theatre that invites audiences to laugh, reflect, and feel deeply.
