Scholarship Payments

All scholarships are processed by the Foundation Office, and disbursed by the MSJC Financial Aid Office. Scholarship funds received will be divided between the Fall and Spring Terms, unless otherwise requested by the donor. Students are required to be enrolled at least half time (6 or more units) each term, unless otherwise requested by the donor. All eligibility requirements will be reviewed prior to disbursement each term.

Scholarship checks require a minimum of 2-3 week turnaround time to process the check(s) from the date the check was received by the college and/or the date of receipt from the MSJC Foundation Office.  Once processed, students will receive an updated award notification.
