Fee Increase
The California State Legislature has increased community college enrollment fees from $20 to $26 per unit, effective fall 2009. The legislature is requiring that we reassess your fees at the new amount and collect payment retroactively. No action is required until you receive billing from Mt. San Jacinto College. We will notify students of additional retroactive fees due for fall 2009.
If you have previously applied for and qualified for a Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver (BOGW) for the 2009-2010 year, the fee increase will automatically be covered and no further action on your part is required.
