High School Concurrent Enrollment Student Application Checklist

  • Complete the Online Application for Admission. Please note that all high school students must deliver the application signature page at time of concurrent enrollment request.
  • Complete an MSJC Assessment
    • San Jacinto Campus: (951) 487-3310, Room 1210
    • Menifee Valley Campus: (951) 639-5310, Room 1014
  • Complete the Online Orientation.
  • Please note that all high school students must deliver the orientation quiz completion page at time of concurrent enrollment request.
  • Submit a completed High School Concurrent Enrollment Request form to Enrollment Services.
    • San Jacinto Campus: (951) 487-3215, Bldg. 1150
    • Menifee Valley Campus: (951) 639-5215, Bldg. 100
  • Submit an official high school transcript to Enrollment Services with High School Concurrent Enrollment Request form at time of request.
  • Review by Director of Enrollment Services, if approved
  • Register for MSJC classes
