High School Seniors at San Jacinto High School and Mountain View High School
Remember to:
Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for 2012 - 2013 before March 2, 2012.
Please note: FAFSA is available on-line as of January 1, 2012.

Information required to apply for FAFSA
Your Social Security number and your Parent's Social Security numbers if you are providing parental information
Your Birth Date and your parents' Birthdate
If your parents are married, the date of marriage
your Driver's license number if you have one
your Alien Registration Number (Green Card Number) if you are not a US Citizen and you are a Legal Resident of US.
Federal Tax Information or Tax Returns, including W-2 Information, for yourself, for your spouse if you are married, and for your parents if you are providing parent information, using income records for the year prior to the Academic Year for which you are applying.
Records of untaxed income, such as Social Security Benefits, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, and Veteran's Benefits, for yourself (and for your parents if you are providing parent information); and information on savings, investments, and business and farm assets for yourself (and for your parents if you are providing parent information).
