NURSING & ALLIED HEALTH UNIT
Welcome to the MSJC Nursing & Allied Health Unit website. This is your one-stop source for information on all of the unit programs at MSJC. Here is a brief overview to acquaint you with the programs.
All Nursing and Allied Health degrees, certificates, and employment concentrations available are covered in detail in the MSJC catalog, which includes a description of the Associate Degree in Nursing Program. Generally speaking, Nursing programs take longer to complete but bring with them the benefits and challenges of a rapidly changing profession.
Allied Health programs at MSJC offer several career options in the healthcare field that range from Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) through Diagnostic Medical Sonography (DMS). Several career fields can be entered with a very short preparation. For instance, the Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide (CNA/HHA) and the Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Programs take a qualified applicant only one semester to complete.
Program classes are taught on the Menifee Valley Campus.
