The FWS program is federally funded and helps you earn a portion of your college expenses not covered by grants and other financial resources. It is also designed to give you an opportunity to gain work experience on-campus in a variety of departments. The skills and experience you gain in your FWS position can become useful tools and any future employment and your employer can become a valuable reference for your resume.
