Profile
I was born and raised in Canada. In 1968 the Marine Corps sent me to MCRD, and since 1971 I've resided in California. After graduate school, I started working for a Berkshire Hathaway company that specialized in underwriting workers compensation insurance.
For the last 18 years I have owned my own brokerage firm and taught economics at MSJC.

Interests and Activities
Other than economic issues, I enjoy the study of aircraft, auto, and World War II history. I collect baseball and hockey memorabilia, when there is a bargain.
If the weather is warm, I enjoy riding my Harley through the wine country or down to the ocean.
I am currently restoring a 1951 Ford Woodie.
