Paula Cabral

Paula Cabral, Clerical Assistant III, Office of Instruction

Under general supervision of the Dean of Instruction, Paula Cabral performs a variety of important functions in support of the dean and faculty, especially the department chairs. Paula’s career at Mt. San Jacinto College began as a student mentor for the Department of Matriculation and Outreach programs'-EOPS, Upward Bound & Talent Search. Her experiences led to a permanent classified position in 2006. She joined the Office of Instruction in December 2012.

Paula first became part of the MSJC family as a student in 2002. She majored in Business Administration and transferred to Ashford University where she obtained a BS in Organizational Management. Paula is currently working on a Master's degree in Education with a specialization in Families and Communities. Paula’s MSJC community involvement includes being part of the 2013/2014 CSEA Negotiation Team, CSEA Site Representative, Classified Senate member, and Puente Mentor.

Paula's community involvement includes the Upward Bound alumni, St. Anthony’s church youth group, and assisting the San Jacinto Valley Academy with coordinating college tours and field trips. She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and Soroptimist Women’s Organization. Her motto is ‘Pay it Forward.”
