Every Academic Year, the MSJC District develops an Annual Calendar that addresses Instructional Days (for each Semester), Reserved FasTrac dates, Final Exams, Holidays, Required and Optional Faculty Development Days and Commencement.

Additionally, the Office of the Vice President of Instruction develops an Instructional Services Calendar for Faculty that identifies important meetings and dates throughout the Academic year. This calendar is distributed to all FT Faculty during the required Faculty Development Days via hard copy and email.
