I am committed to making your educational experience gratifying and fulfilling. You are my customer, and I am here to serve you in reaching your educational goals. I have been teaching at MSJC as a full-time faculty member since fall 2007.
I have over 25 years experience working with corporate executives and business owners in diverse industries. Prior to and in conjunction with my MSJC affiliation, I have coached, consulted, and facilitated training programs for fortune 500 companies as the President of Creating Executive Success (www.CreatingExecutiveSuccess.com).
In 2001, I had a life altering event; my husband passed away suddenly just weeks after our last child left for college. As I worked through the grieving process, I realized doing and sharing for others took me out of my pain. The pleasure I experienced in watching and sharing in the enjoyment of others led directly to my teaching career.
When I am not teaching or consulting, I spend time with my four adult children and my two grandchildren. I enjoy long walks along the beach and in the mountains. I also enjoy entertaining, and orchestrating large events and parties.
